Leading a Bible Study Track

Studying the Bible is a key discipline for spiritual growth. Studying the Bible in a small group of fellow believers has been a blessing for Christians in both church and fellowship. We'll prepare you to take on your role as a small group leader in AACF this year by unpacking your role and responsibilities in small group leading!

Track Presenters

Dave and Susana Fong

Dave graduated from UC Berkeley in Civil Engineering and attended AACF while he was a student. He joined staff in 1991, first as a volunteer and eventually moving to full-time staff. Dave has served at Cal AACF for the majority of his career, as well as brief stints at SF State and as NorCal Regional Director. Susana also graduated from Berkeley for both undergrad and grad in Social Welfare. As a social worker, she has worked with diverse demographics across her career. Currently she works at Highland Hospital, which is the county hospital for Alameda County in NorCal. They have teamed up together in worship ministry at their local church and supporting AACF students through the years with training in Small Group Leading/Inductive Bible Study method. They are parents of 2 adult children. They enjoy walks around their neighborhood and watching Marvel movies/series.
